White Pete Turning Black Power Into Profit

For the first time since whenever, I will not be at Amsterdam Roots Festival at Oosterpark. As happens in so many cities all across Europe, these park festivals are a way to enjoy the Summer in the cities left behind by residents and swarming with tourists. Those left behind or coming from afar band together in the parks, and enjoy themselves. All festivals have one thing in common: they are free of charge.

Burning HoopGood luck trying to get into Oosterpark without paying admission fee this year. They have changed a public park festival into a money-making machine. City council spends tax money on the festival and have us pay admission fee. They want us to pay pay pay for

White Pete Causes Black People to Holly Disappear

Black Soldiers In WW2 - NACommemoration? After a month of jhw victimhood reinforced, what will be made of the pain of their victims? Keti Koti month? I did not see any bill boards announcing such a thing. Oh well, back to my side of the street, and deal with the real. Not to sit around and wait for the Dutch who are still heavily investing in slavery, to cough up the money owned to Black people as a whole, and reparations to be made to descendents of their formerly and currently enslaved in their former and current Kingdom of Neanderland, to save their own souls. They have had ample opportunity to come correct, and they just laughed at the 'foolishness' of still having a soul to answer to.

They have come to accept that we do not fight back in the dirty way that classifies

Leaving Keti Koti to Dutchess

DG Keti Koti Amsterdam
Keti Koti month started today, June 1st. Keti Koti (literally 'chains cut') concerns the formal abolishment of the physical enslavement of Africans and African Americans in Suriname. Suriname is a country in South-America that has been aligned with the countries in the Caribbean Sea. That is, Suriname (Dutch Guyana), British Guyana, and French Guyana, form the three countries in South-America that are considered part of the Caribbean, based on the common story of physical and mental Black slavery and servitude. No one questions why the same does not apply to Brazil and Venezuela. It is irrelevant for now. Keti Koti deals with the formal abolishment of slavery in Suriname.

As I have been ignorant about Keti Koti month, I was not set to write an article

The Dutch Government Killed NiNsee

The Dutch government has killed NiNsee, the Nationaal instituut Nederlands slavernijverleden en erfenis, which in English translates to the National institute for Dutch Slavery History and Heritage. NiNsee organized activities in order to commemorate slavery and celebrate the abolishment of slavery, also known as Keti Koti, on July 1st. The Dutch government formally abolished slavery in the Dutch colonies - Surinam and the Dutch Antilles - on 1 July 1863 (after 200 years). Of course, slavery did not end with the formal abolishment.

Flight of the Bigot

Albino CrocodileIn Holland there is no such thing as discrimination based on race (that is skin color). A law suit brought forward with the aim of seeking monetary compensation for 'race' discrimination is a waste of time. To win a case - never mind getting compensated - takes undeniable evidence of direct discrimination. That is, the bigots have to be ignorant enough to say something insulting and explain that they mean it that way or for them to repeat it, and the victim has to be smart enough to have a willing witness (or recording device) at hand. The few times that this has happened the victim might have won the case, but the little monetary compensation clearly shows what a waste of time the law suit has been.

Article 1 of the Dutch Constitution

Article 1
All persons in the Netherlands shall be treated equally in equal circumstances. Discrimination on the grounds of religion, belief, political opinion, race or sex or on other grounds whatsoever shall not be permitted.
Article 1 of the Dutch Constitution stands for equality before the law and the prohibition of discrimination. However, when it comes to Sinterklaas en Zwarte Piet (Santa Claus and Black Pete) the Dutch act as if article 1 only applies to the white Dutch. They consider their blatant exhibition of racism in the form of their blackfaced Petes - and thus ridiculing Black people as a whole - as their constitutional right, instead of a violation of other people’s human rights. Especially the Black Dutch from the former Caribbean colonies are not entitled to equality before the law nor can they successfully claim protection against discrimination.
